Meet Ryan
I’m Ryan Achterberg, owner and operator at Set Apart Dirtworks LLC, a family-owned excavation company near Ogema, WI. Growing up on a family farm in the area, I’ve been operating a skid steer and heavy equipment since the age of five. Those early years taught me the value of hard work, mechanical know-how, and doing things the right way.
After high school, I went into truck driving, where I was first introduced to professional excavation work. Over the years, I gained extensive hands-on experience running various types of equipment and managing all kinds of dirt work projects. With high standards, a strong drive to push limits, and a genuine passion for this line of work, I decided to start Set Apart Dirtworks to serve my neighbors across north central Wisconsin.
